Ep 53. Fran Kruse, owner of Not Yer Granny’s Granola loves to hear “mmmm” after people try her delicious granola.

More than just for breakfast Fran’s granola has transcended into an anytime, anywhere wholesome snack without empty calories! It is packed with plenty of healthy seeds, nuts, & fruits, our chef-inspired blends are freshly hand-roasted for that wow salty-savoury-sweet balance. “WE don’t have to up sell our granola…the taste and premium quality makes our customers say ‘oh, there’s no doubt,'” – Fran Kruse.

Fran and her husband started Not Yer Granny’s Granola Company because they simply love people and life!  They believe that life is an adventure with opportunities to think, do, be and start something new each day. So then they started a granola company!  Fran knew she wanted their granola to be different than all the dry, sad, bland granola in the marketplace.  It had to stand out in quality of ingredients and layers of what the food people call “mouth texture”, but most of all it had to have interesting & intense flavours. Therefor, Not Yer Granny’s Granola, not only reflects their products, but also stands for our philosophy; jump out of that rocking chair, seize the day, it’s time to ride into a new adventure!

My name is Olivia Maeder and I am an interview host at behindthebiz.org interviewing leaders, authors and inspirational speakers.

I go to Ryerson University taking a passion in interviewing, broadcasting and meeting new people. Although heels and business woman attire with broadcaster “Ron Burgundy” hair while reading the news in my main interest and passion, I am a huge outdoor girl who would jump in any lake, climb any tree or sit under the sun in any temperature of weather.

I take great passion in peoples stories and will go to many lengths just to find the true news or heart in any story. I am sensitive and respectful when it comes to personal interviews and with great pride I am eager to get to the bottom of anything and bring out the truth, making it a great story.

Anyone I meet I absorb it as a great opportunity that I am lucky to have.
