Erica and her husband Drew, started out making chocolate casually as a private hobby. After having friends and family fall in love with their creations, chocolate became a passion. Soon enough, a team was put together considerably raising their game in the process. Together they have become crazily obsessed with making the best possible chocolate they can. Erica has always savoured chocolate. From Afghanistan to Zimbabwe, Drew and Erica spent their careers working with farmers in developing countries. They learned so much and gained a huge respect and affection for people who make food, from grower to artisan. When they were leaving Kabul, it seemed natural that they pursued chocolate making as it lets them connect with farmers, while learning how to craft something they love.
